Tumor Mutational Burden (TMB)

TMB measures the number of genetic mutations within a tumor, typically expressed as “mutations per megabase” (mut/Mb) of DNA. This data can be derived from tissue samples (*tTMB*) or fragments of tumor DNA found in the bloodstream (*bTMB*), providing a window into the cancer’s molecular landscape.
